A. Countable Noun
Countable noun merupakan kata benda yang bisa dihitung. Yang termasuk contoh countable noun adalah semua contoh dari common noun, proper noun, collective noun, material noun (jika dengan penambahan quantifiers), dan abstract noun (jika berubah menjadi bentuk jamak dengan penambahan s/es).
Countable noun bisa berupa kata benda tunggal (singular noun) atau kata benda jamak (plural noun).
B. Uncountable Noun
Uncountable noun merupakan kata benda yang tidak bisa dihitung. Yang termasuk contoh uncountable noun adalah semua contoh dari material noun dan abstract noun.
Uncountable noun hanya bisa berupa kata benda tunggal (singular noun).
